Overview

We hope you will be happy with the cake that you have ordered however if you are unhappy please let us know by contacting us by email thegoodeggfoodcompany@gmail.com explaining why you are unhappy. We will investigate and come back to you within 3 working days.

Orders must be picked up on the date & time selected Orders that are not collected on their pick-up date are not subject to a refund.

Once ordered the collection date can not be changed other than by agreement with the Good Egg and cakes cancelled will not recieve a refund.
