CAKE COLLECTIONS All of our cakes & Bakes are available for collection only. Please select the day and time you would like to collect your cake at the Good Egg Cafe, Unit 4b Cratloe Shopping Centre, Ballymorris, Cratloe, Co. Clare, V95 WR1X, IrelandOrders must be picked up on the date & time selected Orders that are not collected on their pick-up date are not subject to a refund.Once ordered the collection date can not be changed other than by agreement with the Good Egg and cakes cancelled with 72 hours will not recieve a refund.Our cakes are made to order from fresh ingredients and once your cake leaves our premises we are not responsible for the cake during transport or storage.Our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, egg, milk, gluten and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any cake is entirely nut or gluten free although we make every effort to ensure that allergies are accommodated.We use food colourings in some of our cakes and cupcakes which may have adverse effects on children.Stacked cakes contain dowels in each tier to provide support and these should be removed before consumptionThe pictures we use are guidelines of what the cake will look like however shades may vary and flowers/berries/fruits may vary slightly depending on season and availabilityQUALITY OF CAKES/BAKES We hope you will be happy with the cake that you have ordered however if you are unhappy please let us know by contacting us by email thegoodeggfoodcompany@gmail.com explaining why you are unhappy.
