Chef Owner Emma Robbins has been passionate about baking since her early teens. Qualified from DIT with an Honours degree in Culinary Art Emma has worked in The Mustard Seed, No 1 Pery Square and more recently as a Pastry Chef in Adare Manor. Emma takes pride in all her products and hope you enjoy eating them as much as she enjoys preparing them.
